About Wil Panganiban

Wil Panganiban (artist) came out of his mother's womb pretty much holding a pencil. Luckily, there was no infection. Years later, he began drawing cartoons in hopes of attracting a girlfriend. The strategy failed miserably, but nevertheless, Wil continues to create characters that he loves and finds funny. Wil was also the artist for the syndicated panel Chaos and is the creator of the comic strip Frank & Steinway.

When not staring blankly out of an open window for long hours, Wil is also an industry veteran in the world of video games, as a game designer and 3-D artist. His first love, however, will always be cartooning. He looks forward to foisting Recess onto an unsuspecting world.
