    E.B. White’s Stuart Little (from the book, not the movie!!); Mary Poppins is a close second.

  2. If you could make a cameo appearance in a show, what show would it be?

    The Ellen DeGeneres Show; just to dance with her

  3. What is your greatest fear?

    It’s a toss-up between heights and failure, not necessarily in that order.

  4. One thing you could eat for the rest of your life?

    Cape Cod potato chips

  5. Favorite movie? Worst movie?

    Fave: Harold & Maude, hands down.

    Worst movie I ever actually sat through: Eyes Wide Shut

  6. If you could come back as a historical figure/anyone, who would it be?

    Eleanor Roosevelt or Amelia Earhart (except for that lost at sea thing)

    “Eventually, I get around to everything”... And, often repeated to myself: “Knock it off, you’re living a dream”

    Wow…tough one: I’ve got probably 100 I can’t get enough of,… but specifically:

    Anything by Bonnie Raitt; “Somewhere Over the Rainbow” by Iz Kamakawiwo; Springsteen’s “Thunder Road”; “Mexico” by James Taylor; “Bring on the Rain” by JoDee Messina... I could go on...

    Any secluded beach, anywhere, anytime…

  11. What do you consider your greatest achievement?

    Making a decent living as a cartoonist; having a job that makes people smile

    Cartoon character(s): Jeremy’s parents in “Zits”; Snoopy.

    Writing; I was a newspaper feature writer first, and I still love it.

  17. One thing you couldn’t live without?

    My dog… like the dogs before her, and the dogs who will come after her: best friend; constant companion; studio-, bed- and playmate; therapist; and support system, all in one tactilely pleasing package.

  18. Guilty pleasure?

    Wine and cheese… probably too much of both

  19. What is your greatest extravagance?

    Throwing big dinner parties for my friends when I can’t afford it.

  20. The best advice you've ever gotten?

    Do what you love and love what you do: If you’re happy, you’ll make everyone around you happy.

  21. I know it's weird but I think...

    I have a ghost in my house (it’s an 1880 farmhouse), and he’s a cool guy. I’ve named him Bartles, and sometimes I talk to him.
